Encouraging and Uplifting Educators to Increase Morale

Course Description:

This course is designed to provide educators with a way of understanding how to build positive staff morale in schools. Educators will learn strategies, and tools that are the keys to motivating staff and carrying on a high level of energy at school. This course will look at: how to approach the daily grind in an exhilarated, concentrated, and positive mental state. Educators will learn specific language, understanding, and resources to immediately use when bettering and preserving staff morale. This course is targeted for K-12 classroom teachers, specialist programs including special education, literacy, and gifted and talented, and instructional coaches and principals.
