Teaching Students to Ask Their Own Questions within the Classroom

Course Description:

This course is designed to provide teachers with the knowledge and skills to successfully implement the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) within their own classroom. Teachers will learn that by implementing the QFT within their classroom students will gain a better understanding of course content. Using the QFT, teachers will also see that their students have more confidence, become self-starts, and they are more engaged and take ownership of their own learning.  Those taking this course will have a step-by-step process to follow to help ensure that the QFT process is a success within their schools, classrooms, and districts. Teachers will be able to tailor this process to meet the needs of their individual students.
