Course Description:

This course is designed to provide educators with 9 ways to use restorative justice in a classroom that promotes a room of empathy, responsibility and culture.

Educators will learn about the importance of effective communication, the need for repairing relationships, creating clear and consistent rules, and practice implementing important life skills into the curricula such as: a growth mindset, mindfulness and empathy. Teachers will determine the value of restorative justice practices in a classroom/ school setting.
